I'm a product design leader who works at the intersection of business impact, team development, and emerging technology. I work best where the problem space is messy, the stakes are real, and teams need both strategic framing and hands-on design leadership.
Today, I'm Director of Product Design at Dow Jones, leading design across the Gen AI, Search, and Personalization platforms that power The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, MarketWatch, IBD, and Factiva. The work focuses on making AI useful and trustworthy inside professional workflows, scaling design quality through systems rather than heroics, and connecting craft to measurable outcomes.
I believe design leadership is about creating clarity, building trust, and helping other people do their best work. My goal is not to be the center of every decision. It's to build the systems, standards, and team confidence that let good decisions happen without bottlenecks.
